- Choose a venue or slot. The calendar shows free times. Grey times are booked or in municipal use, such as Johku Teatteri show nights in the festival hall.
- Choose the length. Party and meeting venues are booked by the hour or as an evening or day rental; sports slots by the hour.
- Add extras. For the festival hall: final cleaning, technician, kitchen use and caretaker. For equipment: delivery.
- Fill in the event details. Type of event, estimated number of guests and whether alcohol will be served.
- Send the order. In this demo shop orders are placed as open orders and payment is agreed with the order. Associations and companies can ask for an invoice (14 days net).
- Get your confirmation. It arrives by email right away. Where there is a code lock, the door code is in the confirmation and in the reminder the day before. It works during your booking plus 30 minutes before and after.
Keys
Keys for the festival hall and Council Chamber are handed out at the municipal office customer service on the day or the previous working day, 9–15. For weekend bookings, collect them on Friday.
