Order and cancellation terms

Orders. An order is made when you submit it online and receive a confirmation by email. Prices include VAT where applicable. Resident prices apply to members of the Residents collection. In this demo shop orders are placed as open orders and payment is agreed with the order. Associations and companies can ask for an invoice (14 days net).
Cancellations.
- Festival hall and Council Chamber: free up to 30 days before, 50 % refund 14–29 days before, no refund less than 14 days before.
- Meeting rooms, sports slots, hut, harbour shelter and charging spots: free up to 48 hours before.
- Event equipment: free up to 7 days before.
- Ski bus tickets: free before the first trip.
- Gym cards are non-refundable. A pass can be frozen with a doctor's certificate.
Cancel or change your booking from the link in your confirmation or at tilavaraukset@johkula.fi. The municipality may cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, in which case the payment is refunded in full.
Liability. The hirer is responsible for the event, order and any damage to the venue or equipment. Final cleaning of €120 is charged if a venue is left uncleaned. See the Rental Terms page for details.
Note: This is a Johku demo shop. Bookings are examples and will not be delivered.
