Johkula's decisions are made in the Council Chamber, and on evenings and weekends it is available to associations, housing companies and businesses. It seats 45 and has hybrid meeting equipment, a large screen and a sound system.
- Bookable Mon–Fri 16–22 and Sat–Sun 9–20 (in municipal use during the day).
- Standard price €50/h, residents €25/h. Minimum 2 hours.
- Extras: technician and final cleaning.
Council and board meeting nights are not bookable. In the evenings and at weekends, use the side door on Kirkkotie; the chamber is on the second floor and there is a lift. Collect the keys from the municipal office customer service.
Cancellation: free up to 30 days before, 50 % refund 14–29 days before.
