Most municipal matters can be handled online around the clock. If you prefer face to face, the customer service at the municipal office, Kirkkotie 2, is open Monday to Friday 9–15.
Online services
- Space bookings, sports slots, gym cards and ski bus tickets: book and pay right here and get a confirmation by email.
- Resident prices: join the Residents collection once and you will always see resident prices when logged in.
- Early childhood education application: online form, answer within a week.
- Building permit application: online form, decision the same working day if submitted by 12.00.
- Library services: loans, reservations and renewals in the online library.
Feedback
All feedback is read, and we reply to every named message within five working days. Email kirjaamo@johkula.fi or use the feedback box in the municipal office lobby.
Registry
Documents for the municipality go to the registry: Municipality of Johkula, Registry, Kirkkotie 2, 00123 Johkula or kirjaamo@johkula.fi. Open Mon–Fri 9–15.
