Johku Resort is a lakeside resort on the south shore of Lake Johku, 4 km from the village centre. Around the same courtyard are a 33-room hotel, cottages and villas, a glass igloo and treehouse stay, Restaurant Johku, saunas and a hot tub, a spa, meeting and party venues and a rental shop. The resort also sells its neighbours' experiences in the same booking.
The resort is open all year. The busiest times are Christmas and New Year, the winter holidays, the northern lights season from September to March, and June–July.
