Johku Museum

Johku Museum is a local history and nature museum in a 19th-century vicarage on the north shore of Lake Johku. It tells how people have lived by the lake: log floaters, village schools, fell lichens and lake fish. Changing exhibitions cover topics such as the northern lights and log floating on the Johku River.

The museum is open Tue–Sun 11–17 from September to May and daily 10–18 from June to August.
