Johku Wild is a business run by two nature guides. Their small-group trips go to Johku Fell and the Jänkälä wilderness: northern lights, snowshoe, autumn colours and fell trips, plus private guiding. Trips leave from the Tourist Information in the village centre.
Northern lights trips run 25 Aug–10 Apr, snowshoe trips 1 Dec–15 Apr, fell hikes 15 Jun–31 Aug and autumn colours trips 1 Sep–5 Oct.
